Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering.

You can also emphasize the free shipping thresholds you offer (for example, free shipping on orders over €50). For multiple delivery options, you can list transportation options, prices and delivery times in a table.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $150.00 within a 50 KM radius. For orders under $150.00, we charge $15 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 11 a.m. Monday to Friday. We will contact you by SMS with the telephone number you provided when ordering to notify you of the day of receipt.

Pick up in store
You can avoid shipping fees with free local pickup at Brown's Sports Cards. After placing your order and selecting in-store pickup, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within minutes. We'll send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup times are 11 a.m. Monday to Sunday. Please introduce yourself with your order confirmation email.



How can I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.

If you have not received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@brownscartessportives.com with your name and order number, and we will will review for you.
